Reset Restoration

Reset was contacted to address a mold contamination situation in our home. From the beginning of the project, from remediation, to correction, to repair, we found each of the individuals involved in it to be excellent to work with. They made every effort to isolate the work area and minimize the disruption to our use of the affected area of our home. Their work area clean-up was a part of their daily routine. The assigned Project Manager did an outstanding job of maintaining communication with us, keeping us up to date daily on the project forward plan, scheduling, timing, etc Reset was one of four proposal/bids we obtained before beginning the project - it was a very easy choice to go with Reset.

I recently had a water leak over Memorial weekend late Saturday evening. I was panicked after just having a new floor installed. Reset Restoration was quick to respond. They were at my home within 30-45 minutes, found the leak, got it stopped, carefully removing anything affected by the water and that was damaged. They then brought in fans and dehumidifiers and sprayed to prevent mold. Reset Restoration was very professional and knowledgeable, fully explained the process and very attentive to any concerns I had. They came back daily to check the drying process and sprayed again to prevent mold. They were very helpful and compassionate and in a stressful situation. They also offered contract services to restore my home making a disastrous situation less overwhelming. I would highly recommend Reset Restoration!!
