DECO Air Conditioning and Heating

Jesse and John had great communication. They were on time, checked out my AC system that I was told by others had a leak and I would need to replace the system because it was too old to fix. his business could have sold me a bill of goods instead they were honest and total professionals. They did not detect a leak as my system was still full of freon indicating that I had not lost any since last summer. He gave me a few options of repair in case the levels drop at a later time. I would definitely use them again and would definitely refer them to anyone. Thanks Jesse and John! Deco Air is the way to go!

OK. I have to tell the whole story. About a year ago I had to take all of my ducting apart and clean it and put it back. Had a 4 legged encounter of the worst kind. Well while I was putting it all back together, I stepped on the wires going to the furnace unit and unplugged them all! Now after careful research and much perplexity....... I could not figure out just what went where! So, I had to break down and call a specialist, an AC repair company. I called Deco Air after finding out they were a small little company actually only about a mile from me. I always go with the little guys first so I called them. Johnny and Jesse showed up and went right to work up in my attic. They were up there with me for about an hour. Then they got to a point after searching all kinds of data bases, and trying their instruments, they finally admitted that they couldn't find where the wires went either. However........... they turned me onto an old timer that they said was the best for this sort of stuff. So after giving me his # they exited my attic and told me good luck. I asked them what I owed them for an hour of their time and they said don't worry about it!!! Wow! They had me WON OVER right then and there! The old guy was able to come right over too, and within a half hour of looking at the wires and reasoning with himself, he just went over to my unit and hooked up the wires and Wa La....... Everything worked. He said that's all he does nowadays and for a nominal price was on his way. NOW...... fast forward about a year and a half to just about a week ago and my 23 year old unit that I have kept running mostly by myself, took a Dive! I tried a number of things first to no avail, so I knew I had to break down and call someone, and at that point I did not hesitate. I called Deco Air back out. Johnny and Jesse showed back up again as a team the next day. They checked out my AC Condenser downstairs outside and said that my Compressor was a goner. They quoted me and my wife the price for a new Unit and it was waaaaaaay out of our ballpark at the present moment. Soooooooo....... The Dynamic Duo started talking and looking at things and after doing their own research and talking to us about our price range and me about certain things concerning my unit, Johnny comes to the conclusion after telling me that my Condenser Case which surrounds the Compressor was in good shape and said that he could replace the Compressor and all the other parts for roughly a third of the price of a new unit and we were in. They were able to come back out the very next day, with all new parts, and after about 4 hours working on the unit they had it up and running Better Than Ever!!! Jesse popped up and said that "she" had researched my fan motor and had brought installed the right one, and that the one that I had installed about 3 years prior was wrong and could have very well had something to do with the failure of the Compressor. I told her Wow and thanks for researching that and making sure I got the right one this time............ And Johnny popped up and said ....... "Yea, that's kinda my Wife's Specialty is making sure that we get All The Right Parts!!!! That's when it got even better..... Knowing that they weren't just a great guy and girl team, but they were a Husband and Wife Dynamic Duo Team!!!!!! They are both Awesome!!! They Diagnosed our problem, came up with a Solution and now after 14 days of being without AC we are Lovin our Brand New Rebuilt System and Couldn't Be Happier!!!!!! We are Customers For Life, Because Deco Air, and The Dynamic Duo went over and Way above Anything that we could have Imagined!!!!! Praise God for Deco Air!!!!!

Extremely happy with my experience with Deco Air! They were prompt and very detailed in their work. They explained EVERYTHING to me. They encouraged me to ask questions and explained it all. Grateful to have found them. I had several other "technicians" come by and they all showed up with pen and paper and no tools. They all said everything had to go and it would be over $10,000!!!!! My wife went on google and found Deco and their service call was only $34.
