DAVIS APPLIANCE SERVICE LLCC

My mother in law bought a used refrigerator from this guy... it doesn't work, handle is broke. Was told that they'd be back out in a day or so with another handle. Never showed, that was 3 weeks or so ago. They were supposed to come fix the fridge or replace it, again that was 3 weeks or so ago. When Bryan came to get the money for the fridge, he was totally intoxicated on some sort of substance. He was very hard to understand, unable to walk without stumbling, and had a very hard time even remembering what we were talking about. He also showed up at 11:30PM, yes, pm...not am.... to get money from my mother in law. Totally unprofessional! When my husband called Bryan to find out when he or if he was going to fix the issue, Bryan informed my husband to call an attorney. Wow! Don't even bother with this guy! Definitely not a trustworthy company! Contacting the Better Business bureau asap!

I usually dont blast people but this to me is down right theft. Long story short sold me washer dryer and fridge that didnt work have contacted several times for refund of 650 bucks now is not responding nothing another person showed fixed the dryer which now does not work again brought washer older but works never fixed the fridge we have 4 kids at home so I bought yet another fridge . So now I took matter in my own hands have contacted the better business bureau and have filed a law suit against him. Wish my experience was like other but unfortunately not. Advise not to use him but the best of luck if you do.. and pretty sure I will get a response now..
