BathPlanet of Oklahoma

BathPlanet of Oklahoma remodeled a bathroom for us recently. We needed the water pipes to be relocated from the attic to under concrete slab. They were the only company we talked to that would or could do the major plumbing work needed for this project to be successful. The additional plumbing cost was very reasonable, and the rest of the bathroom remodel was completed wonderfully. Aaron, our installer, was great, and kept us informed each day about his arrival and work activity. During the remodel work we discovered a lot of rotten wood on an exterior wall of the bathroom, and Aaron fixed and replaced the wood, all as part of the original estimate. The remodel went very quickly after all the plumbing was replace. The remodel materials are very nice, and we are extremely pleased with all of the workmanship and materials used. We would highly recommend BathPlanet of Oklahoma for another remodel project.

I have been meaning to write a review on this company for a few months because I have never in my 50+ yrs of life encountered such amazing customer service! So, we had an issue with our remodeling with them with first installer. When we called them, they did not hesitate to do any and everything needed or wanted to make it better. Aaron, who they sent out to fix everything, redesigned and did all the work; he was awesome! His ideas were better than originally discussed; his workmanship was beautiful! There is not a day that I don't walk in my bathroom thinking "I LOVE MY BATHROOM!" The amazing part was the company and how they handled it; they seriously had to take a cut from their profits to make it better and there was NEVER a hesitation. So, if you're looking for a company that not only does incredible designs and workmanship, but more importantly, a company who seriously cares about all of this and YOU, you will not be disappointed! Kudos to Bath Planet for going above and beyond!!
