Attempted to obtain service for Sebo a second time. First time I dropped my Sebo off for repairs. Was told it would be ready in two days and they would call me when it was ready. Waited three days before going to pick up vacuum. No one called. Upon arrival, was told they could not repair it. I asked when they realized they couldn’t fix it and was not provided an answer. Found Vacuum Center when researching places for sewing machine maintenance. Took our Janome seeing machine in and service was less than a week, great pricing and very kind service and people working there. Thank you
I had an incredible experience with Vacuum Center and highly recommend them! I initially took my Dyson to another repair shop in Rockville, where the owner quoted me $290 for repairs—then told me it wasn’t worth fixing and tried to sell me a new vacuum instead. Something didn’t feel right, so I decided to get a second opinion. That’s when I found Vacuum Center. They took my vacuum in without any hassle and said they’d get back to me. A few days later, I received a call letting me know the repairs were complete—and the cost? Just $85! Not only did they fix the vacuum perfectly, but they also cleaned it thoroughly and returned it in near-new... I had an incredible experience with Vacuum Center and highly recommend them! It’s rare to find a business that operates with such integrity. If you need vacuum repairs, don’t waste your time at other shops.
Purchased two Vacuums for $500 here, one had a bad cord I paid to get it replaced February, the cord is not the original but I assumed it would work less than 30 days the cord started fraying which is a fire hazard. Came in today to get it replaced, the owner refused to fix a cord got aggressive with us and claimed we should have let him know earlier. Asked for $70 to replace the cord again and at that point I rather drive the extra 5mins to Virginia Vacuums in Alexandria.
I came in to get my shark vacuum unclogged. Expressed to the gentlemen what and where the issue was. He unhooked the hose and headed to the back not even 5 mins later hes back with it fixed. He didnt charge me for the hose free of the sock that was stuck in there. No charge just a smile and explanation of what and why. It was sweet of him to do that. Lord knows others would have charged me just for walking in their place. No this man was sweet and explained if he had to take things apart it would have been money involved. In his words (just scooped out what was clogged) thank you again for the help. Shall visit if anything goes wrong again.
