Locke Supply Co - #11 - Plumbing Supply

I'll be honest. REALLY surprised with the treatment and atmosphere. I get it. Your services larger companies than mine. You'd rather sell me 100 units than the one or two I need but at the end of the day that never gives you the right to talk down to me or watch me like I'm trying to steal something. It just kind of sucks that I walk in and people are smiling laughing conversating and the instant they look at me all faces go flat. Everyone just instantly in a melancholy mood. I don't know either salesman and I never did anything to upset anyone there. May not be true for everybody but I know what I know. Ya know?

People do not help you. One of them said it’s on this isle and another one said a different isle. I just walked out of that place where they could care less if you buy from them. Went to Lowes and the people were willing to help you and take you directly to the item I was looking for. So I tipped the helper. She wouldn’t take money so I gave her a coupon for a local restaurant. I said it’s not money but it’s free food. She was so nice. This last time I went I looked for her and then asked for her. She had passed away. I started to cry cause she was so nice in helping me. Went above and beyond. We miss you Ms. Janet didn’t knew her last name. May God have you in heaven.

Been in here several times the past couple years and same experience every time. Incredibly rude and demeaning staff. Place is unorganized and nothing is labeled (same with all lockes that’s not technically this locations mistake). I grabbed some ducting in a box because it just looked like they hadn’t stocked it on the shelf yet and when I went to check out I got in trouble because that was another customer’s order. Why are they storing people’s orders on the sales floor? And then treating their customers rude for their own mistake? Save your money and your peace of mind and go to Lowe’s. This place is definitely geared toward contractors they can be buddies with so they need to close it to the public. Everyone at Lowe’s was awesome to me day one before they knew I flipped houses and would be a customer that spent a lot of money with them. On top of everything lockes prices are so overpriced that’s a good enough reason to never come here.

I have gone into this store only when I have to there are 2 different departments one side is the electric which is the problem the employees on that side are so rude and Demeaning they treat their customers like they are dirt. The man on that side is so degrading u almost hate yourself when you leave there. Now the other side the plumbing side are great friendly helpful always with a smile we cut up laughed.they need to fire everyone over on the electric side. And get people in there that want to be there and enjoy their jobs the 3 stars are all for the plumbing side
