Spoke to Amber about a website and she hung up on me immediately not good for business. Says the owners are out for 10 days. I would find a new call person.

Ive been going here for about 10 years now. They are amazing people and are very knowledgeable. My vehicles are always fixed in a timely manner. Ive never had a problem from this shop. I highly recommend them to everybody.
I got my oil changed and two new tires mounted. The evening, after getting my car back, it was running hot. I took a look under the hood and found that my coolant reservoir was bone dry. They said all fluids were topped off...it had to be dry when it was there. If they had said it was dry, I would have gladly paided to a fill-up. I couple days after picking up my car, we did drive down to Kentucky. When we got back home, we noticed 3 back lug nuts were about to fall off. My husband checked all the back once and found 2 others that we pretty loose. They did have it done quickly and were reasonable with pricing. The job just seemed very half ass
My personal experience with Dave’s auto was far from impressive. My usual trusted mechanic is booked three weeks out and Dave’s auto was one of the shops he recommended so I decided to give it a shot. I brought my car in days ago to have a diagnostic done due to some issues on my car stalling when coming to a stop. When I was told my car was ready to picked up they told me it just needed an oil change and that was reason for my car stalling and shutting off when coming to stops. I felt like that was a miracle from God because I was expecting it to be FAR MUCH WORSE of damage. Then when I started thinking about it on the way to pick up my car I just felt like something was off about it just needing an oil change considering the extent of symptoms of the vehicle 🤔 when I arrived to the shop, The woman that works the front desk was very hostile and dismissive. She handed me the keys and I stood there waiting to pay for the services. She told me she wasn't going to charge me for the oil change because they didn’t feel right charging me for just the oils change. I was overall confused at that point because She wasn’t even going to explain to me the extent of the issues of my car. The woman just dismissed it as my car just needed an oil change and that they aren’t going to charge me. She said the man that answered the phone when they called me to tell me my car was ready to be picked up, was angry they did an oil change on my vehicle without his permission. I was really confused and asked what number she called and she read off my number. I’m the only one who spoke on the phone with them. I think maybe this woman that works the front desk maybe misdialed and they accidentally called the wrong person and that person wanted to mess with them as a joke. Clearly this woman could see the confusion in my face but still continued to be hostile towards me. THEN, finally after she explained why she was being rude to me, she told me what was all wrong with my car….that was literally so stressful and I felt like was in the twilight zone speaking with that woman because I just had woken up from a nap. 0 out of 10 I wouldn’t recommend :(
