Dande Hardwood Floor Company

OUTSTANDING SERVICE!! WOULD USE AGAIN AND AGAIN!! I've been using Dande Floor Company for the past 6 years. I own a 1500 sq ft home and have used them 3 different times during my renovation. I had them rip out carpet and do a sand/refinish job, they installed gorgeous birch floors in my new kitchen and they also installed a floating floor in my lower level ( i have a quad level home and it is a slab lower level). I can't tell you how incredible they have been. They are VERY fair in price, tell you what they would do and not just tell you what you WANT to hear. For example, i wanted to have new wood installed when they ripped out the carpet (more $ for them) but Vince told me that the wood underneath the carpet would look gorgeous once they sanded and refinished it. He was right! they look like a million bucks and i get compliments on them every single time someone walks in our house. THANK YOU DANDE HARDWOOD FLOORS!! Couldn't be happier! Also, i do not know what the first reviewer was talking about when they mentioned 'thugs" how awful! these guys are the NICEST people you will ever meet. They even helped me tak out my trash and loved my cute but annoying dog.
