We were very pleased with the job Brian and Jay did. They were on time, kept us informed, were polite and hard workers. We also were pleased with Steve, the estimator. He was very knowledgeable, on time, helpful, and the estimate was what we were charged. Shari was always helpful when we called. She was pleasant and helpful also. We recently had the hardwood floors in our living room, hallway, and three bedrooms refinished by Functional Floors, and we couldn't be happier with the results!
