My mother has the Appliance Program through Consumers Energy. Thus for service on our a/c unit we had to go through Consumers repair. Their contractor for a/c maintenance is Dan Billy’s. By the third phone call to complain of not receiving a visit for repairs, we were still directed through Consumers Repair Program. We were told that an e-mail had been sent to Dan Billy’s in regard to servicing the a/c unit. My Mother uses oxygen 24/7, and wanted the maintenance on the system before the hot weather set in. Now there is also air quality alerts. Dan Billy’s was first scheduled to arrive June 23rd. They never showed, no phone call, nothing. After calling Consumers 3 times we have still not heard from the company to schedule service and this is July 14th.

Pat was awesome! AC went out about 4am on the hottest day of the year and the warranty company said that the earliest they could schedule someone was after 4 pm tomorrow but Pat called asked if we minded him coming today! The wife is in love with him right now LOL

Our furnace recently stopped working. We were fortunate to have insurance through Consumer appliance plan. Pat was our contact person. He was sent out same day to see our issue, we did need to wait a few extra days to get the parts for the furnace to be repaired. Pat was dependable, knowledgeable and friendly making sure we were satisfied with his work. He even called the next day to make sure everything was working properly.

Pat from Dan Billy Services does an exceptional job. He is thorough in his inspection, he takes the time to address the issues you are having and give you an explanation, and he follows up with his customers to ensure that the problem has been fixed. He works with your schedule, arrives on time, and efficiently works on your boiler/heater. I would recommend him for any of my friends and family.
