A Loyal customer to this company. They're quick, efficient and very knowledgeable. We've used them a couple of times at some of our other properties and they never give us the run around. I Highly recommend working with Tyler or Jake. They're great people. This company is also always on time and just a little Cherry on top, I was able to book my appt. online over the weekend without having to talk to anyone. Thank you!
There's a reason why these folks have a five star rating. Service is incredible AND they're honest. Tyler is very knowledgeable and personable. I'll be using them again in the spring to get my AC condenser squared away for the summer.
We had our 15 month old furnace quit running on one of the first coldest days of this winter. My husband reset it but after one or Two cycles it shut down again. We called the person who had installed it and he was unavailable and gave my husband 3 to 4 numbers of people he had worked with but all we got was voicemail. Finally we got the number from Valley Heating and Cooling, and Chris answered and said they could help and lived near by. Cody was on his way back from a previous call and in less than 10 minutes called and said he would be here shortly. From the start of the fall until Cody arrived was only about a half hour. Cody was very knowledgeable and answered all my husband's questions. My husband said he actually breathed a sigh of relief because he felt comfortable that He knew what he was talking about and would get it fixed. We were very happy with Cody and Chris,. They are a perfect example of great customer service. They take of our Veterans which is very mach appreciated and Valley Heating And Cooling will be our go-to company from now on. Thank you Cody!
Valley Heating and Cooling has been absolutely fantastic to work with. I placed a service ticket at midnight and Cody showed up the very next morning—talk about prompt service! This is a very nice, family-owned business that truly cares about its customers. They installed my new furnace, cleaned my ducts, and even took the time to give me helpful tips as a new homeowner. When I had an issue, it was resolved quickly and professionally with excellent communication throughout. Outstanding customer service and reliability—I highly recommend them!
