Artem was professional and personable. I was fortunate that although he didn't have the part on hand he was able to get it quickly and replaced the part same day. Diagnostic fee was reasonable at $85 and the cost went towards the repair when I decided to have Best Pro Appliance Repair make the replacement. They were also able to get me scheduled quickly, which is always a bonus! Absolutely would recommend if anyone is looking for repairs.

Very kind and professional. We called them with an emergency repair on a deep freezer Sunday night. Promot response and they got the issue resolved. Tonight we noticed the thermometer we keep in the freezer reading high. Immediately called them and they returned to try and figure out what was going on. Artem stayed and explained what was going on. We will definitely use them again.

My refrigerator quit cooling on a Saturday morning and I called about 10am. By 2pm, Artem had arrived to diagnose the problem. An uncommon part had to be sourced from out of state overnight and Artem was out the next day at the agreed time to install. Professional, timely, courteous service and repair. I will call Best Pro again in the future if I need appliance repair.

This repairman was fabulous! We had a dryer that didn’t work! Within an hour and a half, it was fixed! The relay switch was bad as well as the heating element! That was a bonus for us! Couldn’t be happier and at a very fair price! Now we have our dryer back for years to come! Don’t hesitate to call them! They are 5 star technicians!
