I had an excellent experience with CW Schultz, especially with technicians Brian and Raheem, who came out to fix my tankless water heater. They identified the problem quickly, explained everything clearly, and took the time to make sure I understood what was going on. What I appreciated most is that they were honest and didn’t try to overcharge me or push unnecessary services. They put everything back together (that I took apart) without me even asking!
