So I bought a washer on February 28th, and I noticed there was a leak. Called the company about what happened, we had a little bumps in the road when it came to the technician coming, unfortunately my complex is confusing and he got lost. But in the end he was able to come and look at my washer. It didn't want to leak while he was here, so he suggested that I do a load and message him a video. He was very nice, and very positive. I appreciate them very much for being patient with me, I was anxious with the situation. But the outcome is Pleasant for the both of us. I appreciate you guys

Go anywhere but here! They sold us a refrigerator that worked for less than a week then didn’t want to honor their warranty. Everytime you call, you get the woman who promises she’s taking a message but no one ever calls back. So we went back in person. More promises that they will refund our money but they have to come and pickup the broken refrigerator first. Fine, but multiple appointments and days taken off work and they never show up. We finally loaded up their garbage refrigerator ourselves and dropped it at their door.

Do NOT use this company. They aren't even BBB accredited, and have major issues with multiple lengthy BBB complaints too. Avoid them !!!! Our washer died, a friend kindly arranged to get us one from G&G Appliances. They picked up our old one, dropped off a lesser cost model washer, set it up, and quickly left without even making sure it ran without problems. Well, that washer ran just the once -the selector knob doesn't work ( don't know how they even got it started unless it was set to just go on), the machine leaks from the bottom, the agitator & it's nut was loose, and it's loud -which means there's other issues. The drain hose they have on the machine is too short, so that leaks also. Lastly, it reeked of bleach when it was going, and we don't use bleach. Called back that same day to get it fixed or replaced, the "customer service" person was rude & tried to argue with me, then said someone would be out "Tuesday" with no timeframe given. The guys eventually showed up with no one calling ahead to even let me know they were on their way. They didn't take the broken one, didn't bother to replace or repair anything.- So we waited. And waited. And waited some more. They finally came and dropped off a second washer. Again, I had to spend all day waiting, because they don't have any concept of time & that people have lives. Surprisingly, that washer was broken as well - this time it's the suspension rods, and the machine vibrated itself to spin 90°, almost ripping it's hose out from the drain. The machine also doesn't stop running if the lid is opened- that violates safety laws . The business needs to be shut down. They're garbage, a total dumpster fire. Oh, btw, they don't communicate well at all in English. The company seems to have a lengthy history of blaming the people who write honest reviews about their shoddy services and shady dealings. No small wonder why they don't even have a social media site, they'd be torn to shreds by the many dissatisfied people. AVOID THEM - THEY ARE GARBAGE !!!
