I am a repeat customer for cutting edge firewood and agree their product, while pricey is high quality. However I had aan awful recent experience that they wont take responsibility for, regarding delivery. Even though they use 3rd parties to deliver, from my perspective they are my vendor and it shouldn't be my responsibility to handle delivery issues, they should handle end to end from sale to delivery and work with the issues on their end, especially given the price point. The delivery was horrendous resulting in damage to my property and the product and they reduse to rectify it. The driver dropped the product off the back of the truck breaking the pallets and causing me to have to pick up the pieces individually and get them up to my house (2 pallets worth, snd im over 60 years old) and driver through my entire yard and lawn to get out because he didnt know how to reverse down the driveway. They would only provide a 15% discount on a future order than rectify the problem . Why would I ever order again given they wouldn't fix this issue for an existing customer, who has ordered several times and paid thousands for their product over the past 3 years
