Cutting Edge Auto Care

We went to our dealership to have our SUV looked at for a funny noise coming from our vents. They diagnosed it and said it would cost about $4000 to fix. We decided to get a second opinion and brought it to Cutting Edge Auto Care. They diagnosed it as the same problem, but instead of replacing the whole air conditioner, they replaced the compressor and flushed the system, which fixed the issue. And they only charged $2100! They also let me use a loaner car for free. They were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would definitely go there again.

This shop was AMAZING from start to finish! From easily requesting an appointment online, to transparency with my quote, to keeping me updated as I asked questions or requested updating work requests, to working with me on final costs and payment. The entire experience was exceptional. The reception was welcoming, the mechanic who did the actual work was exceptional (he even explained what noises indicated the work that needed to be done), and when my card was giving us trouble at check out they worked with me to break the payment up and were patient and kind throughout the entire process. I HIGHLY recommend them based on both of my experiences with them (oil change a year ago, and major work last week). I will have any future work on my cars (or my kiddos cars) done by them. A+ service, A+ work. Highly recommend.

I found out about Scott and Cutting Edge from a mailer that was sent to the previous Tennant. I felt like he answered all my questions, didn't pressure me to do it right away, and when I was ready, he was so kind. Daniel even gave me back my coupons on my first visit. My second visit was more than phenomenal. A loaner car was offered and utilized. They explained everything to me. I had tons of questions about possible services needing to be done due to mileage and they explained everything to me. Told me when services should be done and that it is up to me. They even have two shop dogs that are so sweet and give smooches and butt wiggles. Every time I go in, it's sharing life stories, snacks and drinks, and it just feels more like family than a mechanic shop. Their prices are so beyond reasonable. Everything is transparent and zero pressure. I just had a bunch of work done today and my 150k miles car feels like its brand new driving off the lot with no miles. I dont think my car ever drove that nice from the time I bought it at 44k miles and 2 years old. There is just not enough room to say how amazing they are. Side note, the employees are treated with so much kindness and respect and even called "gentleman." In fact, my first service one of the gentleman gave me a ride home. When he dropped me off, I realized I forgot my house key and he was like, "no worries, let's go get it." He brought me back to the shop and took me home again. I am a forever customer.
