Called and explained dryer had a D80 fault (moisture sensor). He claimed to know what it was and came over same day and quote was reasonable. However, the tech who showed up was very old and I reminded him of the fault code and he seemed uninterested and headed inside. An hour went by with no word and he walks out of the house without saying anything. I approached him and asked if everything is good now and he states the dryer is getting no heat and he thinks the problem is something else. I explained my wife just used the dryer an hour prior and had heat, and that he must of done something to cause it. He denied it, and when I asked if the D80 fault was repaired he just stated, you have no heat, and then proceeded to tell me how to replace the part he thinks is bad. What?! After he left we turned on the dryer and it had heat. What in the world?! This company is incompetent. Do not use. Update: YouTube and my time fixed the dryer. Apparently the company chooses to berate unsatisfied customers who choose to pay for a service and then get told to fix it yourself, and if you can't repair it you have no worth. Genuinely concerned for their customers. Disappointed to have a bad experience, ymmv.
