Easy to work with. Technicians are great and non-disruptive since I work from home. Office is very helpful.
For the price of one water softener a year you can rent theirs. And bonus, if you wise up and ask to get off their plan, they will happily come grab the system as fast as they can, and then bill you for another month. After calling and asking what was going on, the lady on the phone happily told me: “it was in the contract” without any discussion before hand on what was going to happen. When I called to get it removed, I said I wanted it timed to not be billed any extra, and she schedule the removal for a week before the next payment. This would imply that I wouldn’t be billed. Obviously not. Extremely disappointed in their predatory tactics.
Had quite the phone call today with some poor customer service over the phone. We ran out of water softener quite some time ago. We were on there salt route yet no one delivered, mind you we started there service in October and it is now march. I had no contact information for the Sioux Falls distract given to us so I tried my salesmen who then said I don’t handle that and that I will need to call the office. I work between 7-6pm everyday and your office hours are slim… I was told when you are on the route that the salt delivered was also free by my salesmen I then come to find a bill today of 55$ for the bags dropped off called in to probably one of the most snarkiest people I’ve had over a phone call and I quote “that sounds like a miscommunication between you and your salesmen” are you not a company as a whole? If you can’t provide good service are late with your stuff and cannot do the simple things over a phone to keep a customer happy… I would not recommend culligan.
