Water heater was leaking so I was able to text in and set up an appointment. They were able to send Dillon out same day to replace the unit. The team was super friendly and informative. They had it removed and the new one installed in an hour, they took the time to explain proper maintenance and warranty information on the new water heater. All things considered it was a great experience. They have earned my business going forward!!!
Hayden from Howe, Inc. Plumbing was fantastic. He came out after 5 PM, was quick and extremely careful, and took the time to find the source of a leak and repair it properly. He was kind, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. Overall, just a really good job and a great experience. I’d definitely recommend him and Howe, Inc.
Plumber came out and was friendly and very neat and organized. Ran runners to keep the floor clean and covers on his shoes. It was a big job and had to be inspected. He got it inspected , finished and showed me everything he did. Explained the warranty. Dude was a professional all the way. High quality. Would recommend.
First called another company..they were rude said MAYBE they would call us back later. Called Howe and they had someone out in 15 minutes..new hot water heater installed within just a couple hours. Dillon did an amazing job, friendly, courteous and professional. Would highly recommend Howe based on the customer experience ALONE. WE HAD NO HOT WATER!!. .Howe understood how important that was and took care of it with simplicity and ease. Thank you!
