We were really impressed with Aqua One. We moved into a new to us house several months ago. We love that the house had a reverse osmosis filtration system but didn’t know how or when to change the filters or care for the system. I called the number on the tag. The owners son came out just a couple days later and taught us how to care for the system, replaced the filters for us and even checked our water softener to ensure it is set properly. He was so helpful and taught us a lot about how to care for our water in our home. He was very friendly and we were very impressed with the help he provided. We will absolutely recommend Aqua One to anyone considering them!

Needed to replace our water softener, checked prices and reviews with different company’s in Sioux Falls and Aqua One was by far standing out the better option for us. When it comes to the install Chad came in and did a fabulous job, there was no mess anywhere, the bar of customer satisfaction is high in this company and you won’t be disappointed.

After many years of suffering with an inferior product sold to us by a less than reputable salesman, we had Craig and Chad install their top of the line unit and it works flawlessly. I highly recommended this trustworthy local company. They not only have good products, they are a pleasure to deal with and do a top notch install.
