Although I never went forward with Culligan's services, I wanted to take the time to mention how stellar their customer service is. My boyfriend and I have been wanting a water softener for some time. We reached out back in April only for some unexpected financial situations to cause a few delays. Our salesperson and I had a couple blips in communication and some misunderstanding. Larry the manager directly called me to clear up the air and provide intricate details and took the time to explain everything for us to conclude that we would not install given the layout of my rental restricting the potential to have a full softening effect (it would only soften the hot water based on the water heater set up). He was personable and an expert in the subject; His priority was made clear that he wanted to ensure I got what I wanted and that he would be very transparent and realistic on whether Culligan could achieve it. I'm a bit bummed about it, but it's great having someone like Larry who carries integrity in his work over a sell. Courtney, I assume works an administrative position, was the one to reach out to me following up about our decision. When I told her about my scenario, she was so quick to follow up and have Larry address the situation. She's incredibly kind and polite, and I hope she gets plenty of accolades at her role! Overall, A+ even without the services, hopefully in the future if I somehow ever become a homeowner.
