Crump's Well Drilling

My parents have them a deposit over $3000 almost a little over two months ago a month ago they came out and put the electrical wire in the one black pipe to hook up the pump that is it. We have called and called and no answer no callbacks no nothing I don’t understand how you can run a business like this but you take peoples money. Don’t answer the phone. Don’t call and tell them what is going on when you’re gonna be there when the guy came out to put the electrical wire and stuff in it was on a Sunday over a month ago. My dad has been calling and calling. No answer. Still I called no answer.

my small business had a serious well issue. Crumps came out, diagnosed the problem, gave an estimate and said they could be out with their equipment the next day(it was alot of equipment & personnel needed for the repair). Locally owned, proficient at their service, great communication and at a very fair price. My first time using this outfit, but it won't be the last. I highly recommend them. Brand new well installed in May. Had an issue where when it rained dirty water was leaking in. Came out and “resolved” issue. Weeks later we are now having dirty water when it’s not even raining… Called to have them come out and look, never showed up. We never followed up because it cleared up (our fault) then it got dirty again this week. Called them out and they showed up and didn’t do anything and said they will come beck next week. How is this not an emergency? We don’t have clean water… extremely disappointed.
