I called in June to have my claw foot tub restored. I was asked when I needed it by and told her September 8. For the next few months when I called I would get how busy they were. The day I took the tub in I was told they wouldn’t be able to have it done by my deadline. I told her to put the tub back in the car. Then all of a sudden it could be finished. Upon picking it up the outside was not done, the tub has drip marks and the bottom was made nonstick without my permission. It’s like sitting on gravel. So disgusted with all of the unprofessionalism and disappointed with the tub.
