Howie was extremely pleasant to deal with both setting up the appointment as well as doing the service. It is clear he takes pride in his work. Very knowledgeable and explained in detail how his machinery worked. He even reduced his total price from the estimate as I had provided slightly larger room dimensions than the actuals. Will have him come back and go my kitchen grout as I was not aware he offered this service. Highly recommend!
We recently moved to a new home. Prior to moving in, Howie and his colleague cleaned the rug and the grout surrounding our basement apartment tiles and upstairs bathrooms. The rug and floors looked brand new. He even took the time to come back to our home after we moved in to show us how to replace the grout. Not only was he responsive and professional, he is incredibly personable and understands the client's needs. We highly recommend Crespo.
I appreciated the attention to detail and fast, professional job. We had some windows replaced and a small closet removed, so needed the wall to wall cleaned. No chemical smell, just fresh and clean. It's a big process to clean carpets right, and Crespo Cleaning and Restoration did a great job at a good price. Highly recommend.
Howie arrived on time and did a spectacular job cleaning my carpet! I was very impressed that he was able to take out stains that had been there for some time. I plan to have the rug cleaned by him on a regular basis. Very reasonable price as well- I highly recommend him!
Crespo Cleaning was professional, efficient and made our carpets look brand new. We were moving into a new home and Howie made us feel like it was new carpet. We are excited to have him come back and clean them again. 10/10 recommend!
