Had issues with my pellet stove , a nice young lady promptly returned my call & advised me on possible solutions & if that didn't resolve my problem, they would come out. I followed her recommendations & now my stove seems to be doing fine. She was very knowledgeable & a great help . Thank you
Creative Fires has been invaluable to me, first because I learned to quilt there, additionally, because Kathryn and Kerri have the enviable ability of being able to recommend fabrics that will make your project look exceptional. Their fabrics are very high quality. And both Kathryn and Kerri are always so willing to answer questions and make suggestions. My Bernina was purchased from Creative Fires and continues to be serviced by them each year. I couldn't be happier with their service!
Creative Fires is my local quilt shop. Kathryn and Kerri offer the best customer service and make you feel welcome. They are always willing to help by spending one on one time to answer questions and help you choose/match fabric for your projects. The fabric selection is abundant and amazing. I love taking classes at Creative Fires as they have so much knowledge they want to share!
I really appreciate the quality and selection of fabric at Creative Fires! In addition, Kathryn and Kerri do an outstanding job helping answer my questions (so that my projects are successful). Their sample ideas are creative and beautiful, and their kits are tasteful and unique. They really know how to combine color with effective design! I purchased my Bernina Patchwork 350 sewing machine from them, and received excellent training on its use. The machine has been outstanding, and their maintenance service has been all that I could ask for. To top it all off, they are friendly, kind shop owners who really care about their customers! Their booth at the Ohio One Stop Shop Hop in Dayton last Fall was my favorite booth because it was so tastefully and thoughtfully designed!
