It's too much to get into, but primarily due to installation error, the heat exchanger on my brand new U.S. Boiler Company boiler blew after only three winters of use. Though Cloverleaf had no boiler technician at the time, there was indifferent response when a new company called them to inquire about a warranty or to investigate a replacement. With the oncoming cold weather, I was then forced to purchase a replacement for $15,000. After almost two months, a Cloverleaf technician supposedly came by to look at the unit, but after two more months I still have received no response of any kind as to what could be done to help. Cloverleaf is who we called at our previous residence when our natural gas furnace went out in 2019. Now in a new residence with fuel oil and our furnace went out, I asked my hubby to call Clover again. They came right out and have been amazing at helping us navigate our fuel to propane upgrade.
