Fernando is “Da Man”, Fernando is the best! He arrived early—even on a Sunday—and provided outstanding AC repair service. He was extremely professional, took the time to listen to everything I’d already checked, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue in about 30–45 minutes. Thanks to Fernando, life is good again, my wife and daughters are comfortable again and enjoying the cool air. I’m so impressed with his professionalism that I’ll be scheduling routine maintenance with C&R at the end of the season. Highly recommended!

I'm a renter at a property and C&R was assigned to fix our AC. Spoke with Christian who I believe is the owner, he says "yes I received the work order through the home warranty but we are busy, so probably tomorrow". This was on Friday. Saturday comes around and he tells me they can't make it. Monday comes and they check the AC and discover it needs an indoor blower motor but have to order through the warranty. The part comes in on Friday (today, 5 days later) and he says that the warranty sent the wrong part... which left me questioning things. This company does not care whatsoever. They put a 10 sq. ft. hole in my ceiling when walking through the attic and refused to repair it correctly. They didn't clean up the mess it made when it came crashing down. Drywall and insulation everywhere. They left the hole in my ceiling during 110+ degree weather for 2 days. They sent a "handyman" to patch and now my ceiling looks horrible. Neither paint or texture match and they refuse to make it right. CALL ANYONE BUT THEM.
