Cowboy Maloney's Home Store

So far, I was pleased with idea I didn’t have to wait for 2 weeks like the other stores were telling me before I could receive my refrigerator. They had in the warehouse which sold me to go with this store and get it in a day. It was the same refrigerator at the other stores. So I was very happy.

I would give Zero Stars if possible. Worst customer service experience. Employees sitting at their desk as we enter, No Acknowledgement At All. I still walked to the back and looked around at their defreezers. I observed an employee walk by right in front of me and never acknowledged me or asked if I needed assistance. So, after standing there 20 minutes, no assistance, I decided to leave. As I approach the front of the store, I see two workers behind their desk and still NEVER said, Bye or Hey. So as I left, I told the employee at the door, Thank you for not helping us. And he smiled like something was funny. I don't know anyone else experience here, but I felt that the Color of my Skin Stopped me from being assisted. I don't make any company take my money, that's not wanted. Seem like " White Only Pies" type of establishment.

Our experience with employees at Cowboy Maloney’s was so top notch that we decided we would never grace the door at a place in north Jackson again. The salesman was extremely knowledgeable and helpful about replacing our built-in MW and ice maker (which has a custom cabinet door to match cabinets in kitchen). We were treated with respect and courtesy, whereas at the other place we had to hunt for someone to assist us and the “ladies” only cared about making a commission - and this was not at a big box national chain.

Cowboy Maloney's Home Store had the refrigerator I needed with an ice maker for well under $1000.00. I was received quick service and was able to take my refrigerator home the same day, no waiting for weeks.
