I am very happy with the service I received from Cos Cob TV & Audio! I used them to install my 75 inch tv and eero system in my house. Cassie and his team are so professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They took the time to walk me through everything that was set up and answer all of my questions. They even informed me that Amazon sent me the wrong tv model, so they replaced my tv that same day! They are a pleasure to work with and I will definitely continue to use them going forward.

I have used CCTV for everything in the past 25 years. They never disappoint and maybe prices are higher but I get great guidance from them and can call after install if I have any issues at all. SO happy even after Cassie's husband died (sad and missed) they are still in business. I love dealing with real people who know what they are talking about. I had a new tv installed yesterday and am very pleased all around. The salesperson as well as installer spent a lot of time helping me.
