The long story short, is that this business is of highly questionable repute. This company came over to clean a rug, promised to remove a stain, and invariably was incapable of doing so. When we discussed a refund, we had agreed on a partial sum. The person we spoke with rudely and consistently claimed that he was too busy to pay it back, and strung us along without ever paying it back. In addition, the address this company is claiming, is a cable company site. Long story short: if you have a rug you want cleaned, this place won't do it, and will give you a headache.
