My washer was leaking badly and covering our laundry room floor with water. I spoke with a very nice woman on the phone at 3rd Person who helped send someone out same day! Deon arrived and quickly assessed the situation and took the time to explain to me my options. He helped me with a temporary fix until the parts we needed came in a few days later. Deon came to fix my commercial refrigerator. Super nice guy, ridiculously knowledgeable and the speed of service was unmatched. I hate to say this....but I cant wait for another appliance to break down!!! LOL.
