No need to look any further - these are your next contractors. We seriously couldn’t say enough good things about Nick and team at cornerstone construction. Not only is Nick a jack of all trades and does any/all home projects, he executes them with finesse and attention to detail. We updated our home in midtown from Austin Texas and did the entire remodel remotely, trusting that Nick would get the job done and HE DID! We wanted a contractor that could make our vision become a reality without breaking the banking and maintaining the charm of an old house. His team did exactly that! These projects are always a little scary (especially when you can’t be there in person) but Nick went above and beyond to ensure we received daily updates with progress photos, FaceTimed with us on questions and helped us stay within our budget. He also has connections with supplies that made sourcing materials an easy and decisive process. Given that we were not in town for remodel, it was important to us to work with someone that could also make invoicing easily accessible. Nick is tech savvy and up to speed on how to make the digital experience for reviewing progress and payment seamless. We can’t work to part with him again! My wife & I bought a home on Dauphin Island, AL that had been used primarily as a rental. We are not from the area and wanted to remodel the house and make it our retirement home. We had a hard time interviewing contractors and had a concern about being out of state while most of the work was going on. We met Nick K with Cornerstone Construction and immediately knew he was our guy. His first bid was more than we could afford to spend. Rather than run from us, he came back with different ideas to keep costs down and still have a great looking remodel. Nick has a great demeanor and was able to flex with us as we changed our mind, wanted additions, etc. We are very pleased with Nick/Cornerstone Construction and I definitely recommend them to anyone that wants to remodel their home.
