We obtained multiple quotes and met with several encapsulation companies. Each company included unnecessary items in their estimates — except Ox. After having a very difficult experience with a termite company that attempted to address only the surface of a much larger issue, we decided to pursue the encapsulation process. In today’s economy, integrity matters, and Ox demonstrated professionalism and honesty throughout the entire process. “Our whole experience with Ox was excellent. Jakob was very prompt in coming out for an estimate, and we decided on encapsulating our crawlspace. We didn’t have any moisture issues and wanted to keep it that way. A few weeks later, Christian and his crew arrived for the install. They worked hard and delivered exactly as promised.
