He took the time to explain everything clearly and showed me exactly what signs to watch for in case of new pest issues. Great experience! We have fleas bad due to all the dogs in the house, but the treatments we've been getting have taken care of that. Mr Ian was our technician both times, he was fantastic! Even gave the dogs a bit of love!
