If I could give 0 stars I definitely would, I brought my car here during the storm a couple of weeks ago. Tensioner pulley snapped off and left two bolts broken off on the mount. The “mechanic” Eric told me he would look at it and give me a call. Never called me, acted super annoyed when I would call him, requesting an update on my car. Every time I called him he told me “he had some ideas about how to fix it, and he would give me a call the following morning” . Never called, had my car for two weeks. Finally after the two weeks had passed I called him again. I pressed him for information about the car and he told me , FINALLY after two weeks I need to get it towed somewhere else, because he cannot fix it. I spent 187$ on tows, and constantly was assured my car would be fixed. I asked to be reimbursed for the price of the second tow ($99.67) and he did give me $45. I took my car to Chalo’s they fixed the issue in 3 hours! I have never left a single google review on any establishment, ever. Please please do not go here I am begging you, if you need your car fixed take it to a mechanic, NOT Eric!!

10/10 recommend! Eric at Conway Automotive took excellent care of me and fixed all the issues we addressed with my vehicle. He has fair rates in comparison to other local shops but he was also very honest and up front with me. He didn’t try to charge me for things I didn’t need and thoroughly explained what I would need and why. He listened to my concerns and looked into everything I asked of him. If I have car issues In the future, I definitely trust in bringing my vehicle back here because I know from my experience that they are thorough, honest, and fair.
