Casey was fantastic! Our AC stopped at about 9:30 pm. No one listed with after hours service would come out because we didn’t have a service contract. Casey was on the phone with me before 8 am the next morning and made my repair a priority! By 9 am we had AC again! Very polite, professional and easy to talk to! I love that this company is veteran owned and operated too! We officially made Casey our “AC guy “!! Highly recommend!
Casey was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Not only did he address the issues that I was having but gave several preventative maintenance tips, that I could do myself. Casey is a hard working, honest man who has earned my trust and my business from here out. He installed a new HVAC unit in my home, replacing one that was very old and inefficient. Original installation was not done correctly so he encountered one problem after another, but was patient and steadfast as he worked through all of the issues; explaining to me at each step along the way, what he was doing and why it was necessary. He and his crew were professional, polite and courteous. As a single mom of 4, I never felt uncomfortable having these men in my home. They were respectful at all times. Casey spent several hours diagnosing my system and took the time to explain his assessment in detail, offering several options and gave me good advice. He gave me a great deal on installing a new unit - much cheaper than anyone else in town. He and his crew worked late hours to get the job completed and has been great with following up to make sure everything is operating smoothly. I can't say enough good things about this company and after my initial experience with them, will not use anyone else.
We own a 100 year old house that had never had any duct work installed. Despite the fact the the house presented unforeseen difficulties and additional work due to its age, Casey and his crew kept true to the estimate and did a great job. He and his crew were very respectful of my wife and three young children who were running around while they worked. They were responsive to my questions and concerns and worked diligently until the job was done. I can also say they were one of the more affordable estimates we received.
Such outstanding service. Casey went out of his way on his day off, to come fix our unit. We had called 3 other companies and no one responded. When he left we were well educated on what we should expect from our unit and thermostat.
