I have used the services of Computers to Go several times and have always been very satisfied with the service. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They answer questions and provide options and suggestions to solve the issue in the quickest and most economical manner.
Computers to Go in Midland provided excellent service. My son, a student at Northwood, had a laptop that wouldn’t turn on and they were incredibly friendly and helpful from the start. They resolved the issue quickly so he could get back to his homework without missing a beat. I truly appreciated their kindness and generosity. We will definitely return for any future computer needs and highly recommend them to others!
Been in 2 jams with my gaming pc, both times had me in and out at what I consider amazing time as I was allowed to walk in and have the necessary things done to my machine while taking on his days workload. Very impressed both times. Kudos
I called the Midland Computers To Go location and was met with kind professionalism. I later stopped in and the atmosphere was welcoming and pleasant. I was allowed to look through parts to find what I was looking for. The manager had good humor and was very helpful. He answered all of my questions without judgment (even the stupid ones). To anyone looking for used computer parts THIS IS THE PLACE IN MIDLAND. Good vibes, good deals. 6 out of 5 stars.
I bought a used Windows computer for the first time in a decade. I needed help getting parts installed and knowing what parts to get upgraded. Computers To Go is the place to go in the greater Midland area if you need help with this. If you need your PC updated, upgraded, built, fixed, or just want some flashy RGB lights installed to be a pro gamer, this is where you need to go. Their pricing is fair and they don’t upsell you on things you don’t need. They check with you before doing any upgrades not on the original quote. They also don’t breed dependency like some other shops do. They explain to you the reasoning and rationale behind their choice in parts and explain how those parts affect your computer performance. They don’t keep things behind a veil of mystery. There is ample parking and they also have a nice selection of good, more obscure board games, making this a great place to go if you need a last minute gift.
