Cloud Electronic came through when I really needed help. After my laptop was accidentally dropped and wouldn’t power on, I brought it in expecting a long wait. Instead, they quickly diagnosed the issue and had it repaired the very same day. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, which made the whole process stress-free. ******CUSTOMER BEWARE****** If I could give zero stars I would. I called this shop to see how much it would cost to repair my screen on my phone. The owner quoted me $70 lower then anywhere else so I decided to go with him. He told me he had to order the part and that would take a few days. Over 2 weeks later and numerous phone calls he finally had the part. I brought my phone in and asked him how much it would cost before he started the repair and he quoted me $45 more then he did over the phone. I told him that is not what he originally said and told him I waited so long because he came in with the lowest price over everyone else I called. He did honor the original quoted price after a conversation. He "fixed" my phone within 3 hours. I got it home and realized there was a black spot on my screen and my fingerprint wasn't working to unlock my phone. I called him and he told me it was pretty much my fault. I tried to resolve the problem by bring it back to him to see if he could fix fix it. He tinkered with my phone to try and get the fingerprint to work and was unsuccessful. He then sent me a YouTube video and told me to go home and fix it myself. He also told me I caused the black spot on the screen. As my husband was in his store with my phone I went outside, used my husband's phone to call Ubreakifix on Everett Mall Way and asked them if they could help me fix my phone. They said yes, bring it in. I went back into Cloud Electronics, grabbed my phone, and drove over to Ubreakifix. They were able to calibrate the fingerprint in literally 3 minutes for no charge. They also told me the reason for the black spot on my phone is from the Clouds owner bending one of the pixel rods when replacing my screen and the only way to fix it was to replace the screen AGAIN.... Long story short, don't go here to try to save money. It will cost you more in the long run!!! Take your business to Ubreakifix! P.s. His english is very hard to understand. He just repeated the word "problem" a million times.
