OMG..went to Mesquite location..what a NIGHTMARE...This dell windows 11 is ALL messed up...can't network, first they gave me bad vga connector...and they WILLNOT REFUND you if your machine is not working right..They might fix it , but I was less then 24 hrs. with a machine..Have to deal with the messed up system, cannot get refund, no way , no how...USE Rowlette Computers on Rowlett Road , Dean is mgr..I made big mistake not waiting for him to give me a refurb...This one I have I just have to deal with I cannot network it, it has glitches in the op system....so DONT GO THERE.....the stress isn't worth it...sorry, but I would give them a minus 5 if I could.....

I went here over a month ago to bring my pc Inive had this pc for over 5 years and it suddenly stopped working I tried to fix it myself but I was scared to make it worse so I brought it and they fixed it im so happy definitely the best decision

I found some of the staff to be a bit unpleasant. I brought my laptop in and I found it strange but he kept insulting it 2 or 3 times about how bad of a laptop and the specs are which I found strange and a bit overkill and annoying. When I gave the laptop to him I told him he'd need my charger but he didn't believe me, after a while that the cable didn't work he changed his mind and used a different cable. Then when he still couldn't turn it on he just assumed the entire laptop was broken and that it could not turn on, so I had to turn on the laptop on for him to show him it was actually working. Just a bit strange that'd I'd assume an employee wouldn't jump to such drastic conclusions like that. Im sure they do good work but I ended up having the laptop fixed by calling a buddy of mine and he was able to help me over the phone. Overall a pretty strange and slightly uncomftorable experience that felt condescending.

Go to this place for all your iPhone/computer repairs! They are amazing and friendly. I brought my iPhone XR in thinking it needed a new battery… ready to spend some money to repair. The gentleman determined inside it was just dirty and cleaned it. It works great… Wasn’t even gonna charge me for it. They have some nice gaming systems and computers to buy in here (refurbished) as well.
