Great experience. Ted fixed in one day what I worked on for two weeks without success. His rates are reasonable and his service is very fast. He also takes the time to explain in non-computer talk what the problem is and the solution. I will certainly go again for future issues.
Hoped to fix my computer. It was a lost cause. Ted had some refurbished machines at a reasonable price with a trade-in. I bought one. Now the hard part transferring everything from my old , non-working computer to my new one. Ted was a TREMENDOUS help. He set everything up between the computers and away we went. Not being the brightest bulb in the socket, I had a concern that I would forget or lose my files and apps. Ted told me I could take both computers home and check everything. He said to bring the trade-in back the following week. Everything up to that point, anybody could do. But trusting me to take BOTH computers home is what separated Computer Doctors from the other repair people in the business. THANK YOU TED. IT WAS A PLEASURE DOING BUSINESS WITH YOU.
My experience with Ted was far beyond expectation. He worked after hours with me, was able to save my data and sent me home with a like new computer. What an incredible guy! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND using Ted for any computer repair needs. Professional, courteous, prompt, very reasonable pricing. Incredibly knowledgeable and patient. I can't say enough. Huge thank you to the Computer Doctor for the excellent repair of my older laptop. It was incredibly slow and I was concerned I had a virus and about to lose my files. Ted quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in no time. My laptop is running like it was new, and I am grateful for the quick and efficient repair. I highly recommend Ted!
