What a great experience I had with Mike from Complete Chimney. He was such a nice person, very polite and extremely tidy. My chimney needed a cleaning really bad. My pellet stove is now burning cleaner, hotter and more efficient. I would highly recommend!

We recently had our both of our wood stoves chimney’s cleaned and Mike did a great job. He was knowledgeable, helpful, prompt, personable and professional. He was very thorough in his inspection of our chimneys giving us peace of mind for the winter! Definitely recommend.
In this day and age it's so refreshing to have a service company that communicates well, provides a great service at a reasonable price and is a pleasure to deal with. Complete Chimney Service is all that and more - they did a great job from the chimney cap to the glass doors on the fireplace! I recently hired Complete Chimney Service to rebuild a stainless steel Class A chimney system for my hand-fired coal stove, and I couldn’t be more pleased. Mike was prompt, reliable, and extremely knowledgeable. Communication was excellent; he returned my calls quickly and provided a great price for the work. He answered all of my questions and didn't mind me observing the work he and his crew were doing inside and outside of the house. What impressed me most was the comprehensive service: not only did he install the chimney, but also handled the carpentry and shingle work on the roof, ensuring everything was sealed and secure and the fine tuning and tweaking of the various components to make everything custom fit. Compared to other companies I contacted, who never returned my calls, Complete Chimney Service stood out for their professionalism and expertise. I Highly recommend them!
