I have never been treated so poorly by a business, especially during such an important moment in my life. A week before my wedding in the Scranton area, I called to arrange a cleaning for my wedding ring. I live out of town and didn’t purchase my ring here, but the owner agreed to clean it. When I called to confirm on the day I desperately needed it done, he refused to guarantee to make time because I hadn’t bought the ring there. He was dismissive, rude, and condescending — not even a simple “congratulations” on my wedding. Instead of kindness, I was made to feel like an inconvenience. If you didn’t purchase your jewelry here, expect to be treated like you don’t matter. This was unprofessional and hurtful.
