⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a fantastic experience with Integrity Chimney servicing and cleaning the wood-burning fireplace at Buxton Lodge. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Hunter, our technician, was prompt, friendly, and incredibly informative. He took the time to explain the process, answer our questions, and made sure we felt confident about the condition and safety of our fireplace. It’s clear he takes pride in his work. Best of all, he left the area spotless — you wouldn’t even know a chimney cleaning had taken place! We truly appreciate the care and attention to detail. Highly recommend Integrity Chimney for anyone needing fireplace or chimney service. We’ll definitely be using them again!

I went on their website at 4 a.m. requesting to schedule an appointment as our propane fireplace wasn't burning properly. As soon as they opened at 8 a.m. I received a text response from the office and they had a tech at our home by 9:45! The technician's name was Michael Jackson and we could not have been more pleased with his service, professionalism and knowledge! He was very personable, took the time to listen to our concerns and explained what he was doing every step of the way. My husband and I were extremely impressed with his dedication to his craft and for our safety! We highly recommend this company and Michael in particular! We will be Integrity customers from now on!

I contacted Integrity Chimney Service about a large amount of creosote quickly building up around the cap of my chimney, which had me very concerned. The service person they sent was Michael Jackson who was absolutely excellent. He was able to quickly identify evidence of a recent chimney fire (One that fortunately didn't grow!). When the chimney cleaning and inspection process ended up being more involved then expected, Michael was very thorough and professional, not rushing, all the while making sure to explain issues to me as he found them. He clearly explained any reccomend fixes that need to be made and why. As for the cleaning and inspection, he did an excellent job and left the place spotless. While most of what he told me was bad news, he did so in an honest and clear way. I will absolutely be using Integrity Chimney Service again in the future.
