If I could give 0 stars I would. Went in the store 2/1/26 to engrave a ring for Valentine’s Day. Picked out the ring and told the girl working we would like to engrave and she said “ we don’t know how to do it, we weren’t trained, you will have to come back when there is a manger in” WHAT?! You weren’t trained on a service you provide? So I took it for what it was (ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS) left and came back the next day 2/2/26. When we got there we told them we had a ring on hold and we wanted it engraved, no problem there. When the ring was finished being engraved he handed it us and there was a HUGE scratch going across the ring. I mentioned it to the female worker and showed her the scratch and she acted completely DUMBFOUNDED. She goes there is no scratch and all the rings we have scratches. What kind of response is that? All your rings have scratches?? I will add the male worker was very nice but this girl, I don’t know if she was the manger or what but if so she has to go. Her customer service sucked. She then asked the male worker if he saw the scratch and he said “ yes I see it “ she then got mad by his response to seeing the scratch and got hostile rustling around looking for another ring and saying “ JUST DAMAGE IT OUT AND MAKE THEM A NEW RING “ they start looking for a new ring and there wasn’t any left in my size so she the said “ there is nothing we can do, we can’t return engraved items “ then hands me a piece of paper with customer services number on it. Left the store with the scratched piece of jewelry and terrible customer service. I will never be back and I would never spend another dime there.
