I brought my S21 Ultra in to get a new LCD, back glass, and battery. They quoted $300 and got the parts in two days and repaired it well except for forgetting to install the flashlight lens. When they attempted to quickly reinstall the lens, the adhesive on the back glass didn't stick so I had to take my phone back to get it repaired again. During the repair, they broke the back glass and didn't have a replacement on hand so I had to go a week without my phone because they don't give out loaner phones. After they got the replacement back glass installed, I noticed that it didn't fit correctly and that there was a lot of dust and finger prints on the camera lenses and covers which caused blurry pictures. I asked to have the cameras fixed, this time with extra back glass on hand in case they broke it again, and they said they would replace the ill fitting glass with a genuine Samsung part. The cameras are now clean enough but the back glass still doesn't fit right. It was a really good experience until I saw the flashlight lens missing. Then it all fell apart. Every time I got the phone back from them, it had more scratches in the frame like they were using metal razor blades to remove the glass. That, plus the misaligned back glass and missing flashlight lens, shows a lack of attention to detail. Their communication with me was almost non-existent. There was also very little communication between the two guys working there so I always had to keep everyone on the same page. I made many more trips into the store than I should have needed just to get updates on when I'd get my phone back. But those updates were usually not very informative. The customer service was also lacking since they didn't do anything to help me out when they broke my phone. They said that they don't give out loaner phones because people break them and then don't pay to fix them. But in this case they broke MY phone, kept it at the store for a week until they could fix it, and didn't offer any solution to allow me to communicate with anyone, including them so they could let me know when it was fixed. I'd sign an agreement saying I'd pay to fix anything I broke, but they didn't even give the option. The only reason I gave them two stars is that even though I'm sure they lost a lot on this job buying parts and spending time working to fix their errors, they never once tried to get any more money out of me. They said $300 and that's what I paid. My phone does have some cosmetic damage they caused that can't be repaired, but I'm just happy that whole ordeal is over. All in all, it took about two months to complete what should have taken two days.
They had good prices, and were incredibly fast! We dropped a device off Friday at 4pm and they had it ready Monday morning. Great service, I thought my phone couldn't be fixed but it is good as new.
