Brian and I believe Jared helped me last time I was in the store and they were fantastic. I was thinking of switching carriers due to hitting the data cap early in my cycle but they walked me through a brand new alternative and fixed my whole problem. Brain even helped me become eligible for a free new phone when black friday rolls around literally 1000/10 service they were fantastic
Came here on my lunch break on Tuesday. The lighted sign in the window is flashing open. But there’s a paper sign in the door saying that they’re closed and they’ll be back in 10 to 15 minutes. I’ve waited 15 minutes not a person in sight
As soon as they knew I would not be wearing a mask in their store, they offered coming to serve me while I remained in my car. They were friendly and helpful. It would have been a 5 star review except for the mask being required for customers as well as staff. There was no discussion of any possible discounts offered, whether applicable or not.
