My HVAC system failed 2 days before Christmas. Comfort Technology had 2 techs come later that day. Gas furnace parts were installed by another tech the following day. A new Trane heat pump was ordered, and they were able to get me emergency heat with the gas part of dual system until heat pump replacement arrived. The new heat pump has now been installed. I was very impressed with all 3 Technicians (Danny, Scott and Jadin). They were all very courteous and clearly explained what was needed and what was being done. I was so pleased they worked to get us heat through the holidays. Everything seems to be working fine now.

I can’t recommend Comfort Technology enough. Lee, the owner, came out on a days notice and gave me a system replacement estimate competitive with two other highly rated companies. He then came back out the following day to look at changing the placement of the new system at my request. Communication with Lee and his office staff was excellent while I dug in with a home warranty company. Corey and Drake showed up on time, walked the job with me, and then got to work. They gave updates as work progressed and by 4pm I had heat back on and all my question’s answered. Great workmanship and good clean runs, I’m very happy with the final product and it feels good knowing I have these folks to lean on in the future.
