I'm very satisfied with the service all around. Especially the technicians. I had called my home warranty company and they dispatched a tech the next day. I do service work so I'm constantly on the road fixing problems, and when I got the text that said they were on their way to my house, I called the office to let them know I'd be there in 20 minutes. When I arrived I saw the techs waiting for me to get there. It took them 30-45 minutes to find and fix the problem. That is fast and efficient. Thank you very much for your time and effort! I appreciate service and communication like this.

Yesterday, technician Ronnie came out and cleared out a blockage as well as installed a pump and sensor for me. What would’ve been a half hour job turned into around a 3 hour ordeal and he absolutely never gave up. He said it would’ve been easier to get a plumber out and clear the blockage but he left to the hardware store and came back with a tool to try and clear it the rest of the way, and he cleared it!! He actually went above and beyond what he had to and didn’t give up because he didn’t want me to have to go without AC in this Louisiana heat. Ronnie was absolutely awesome, very insightful, appreciative of my help, and was more than willing to answer my questions and help me learn the whole process. I highly recommend that you request if he can come out and help you cause he won’t leave you out to dry. 5/5 stars easily and his spirits were high the whole time. Couldn’t have asked for a better guy to help out.
