Left for the weekend, came home to an error code on our system, called Professional Heating and Air this morning. Hunter came out and quickly diagnosed the problem which was our fault and took care of it. The level of competent and knowledgeable technicians that Professional Heating and Air employ is beyond astonishing. They got us back up and running and offered us a one stop shop preventative maintenance solution which we gladly signed up for. 5 star service every time, their name “Professional” isn’t lip service. Now the back story… August 2025 Kyle quoted us a complete new system that I wanted, he wasn’t pushy, nor was he dismissive of my asks. He was polite, and up front that what I wanted wasn’t a budget system replacement bracing me for sticker shock. He handed my wife (finance officer) and I 6 quotes to address our needs, In the end we opted for the Cadillac system because of the communication of warranty and service after the sale. Short story, our energy usage and comfort level is far above what we expected. If your house isn’t comfortable, call Kyle and let him give you an honest energy audit.

From the moment I called, their team was responsive and efficient, scheduling an appointment at a time that worked for me. Technician Chasse was the one who came out to fix the heater, and I was really impressed with his professionalism. He arrived on time, thoroughly explained the issue, and got straight to work. It was clear that he had a lot of experience, as he worked quickly and with precision, making sure everything was functioning perfectly before he left. He also took the time to walk me through the repair process and answer any questions I had, which I really appreciated. Overall, the service was top-notch, and Chasse's expert techniques and professional demeanor truly stood out. My heater is running smoothly again, and I feel confident in the work that was done.
