I want to thank Josh and roof crafters for taking care of us and our roofing woes . You guys were able to fix things that others companies couldn’t or wouldn’t fix their mistakes. From now on Roof Crafters is the only company I will ever use. You guys keep your customers informed ,yours prices are very reasonable, and you actually show up when you say you will . Sam and his 2 man crew arrived not only on time but were extremely professional and respectful. Everything was explained to me before hand and there were no surprises. In additional to a fair and very reasonable price for my repairs, I received a year warranty as well.
My experience with Louisiana Roof Crafters of Baton Rouge was exceptional! Michael went over and above to assist me with the operation of my Velux skylights. Suspected bad weather un-paired the remotes with the units and the patio ceiling height prevented access for a common household ladder to reach the units to re-pair. Because the company specializes in installation and replacement of skylights and not certain if he could provide me with the service needed, Michael contacted the company for guidance and was able to address my need. I appreciate his willingness to help me and not turn me away for a more lucrative investment of his time. He even wiped down the screen and base with a wet rag.... Thank you, Michael!
